This is a complimentary 30-minute consultation, where we will discuss your health goals. Every new client must start with this service in order to better understand if we are a good fit and you want to continue working with me. A health form will be sent to you to fill out before we meet.
Dig into your goals a bit deeper with this package. We will meet for 55 minutes in these sessions.
Meet every other week for 3 months for a total of 6 sessions. A lengthier program allows for rewiring your habits and being held accountable long-term. Go over meal planning with access to recipes as well as strength training guides. If you decide at three months that you want to work together longer, we can add on monthly payments.
