Meet Lindsay
I am so happy to be here, now, with you. All I want is for people to find their health, their happiness and to live in accordance with our natural world- to be the best version of themselves. I have been a holistic private chef for the last 15 years and am now an Institute for Integrative Nutrition certified health coach. My aim is to work with women on their hormonal journey through peri/menopause.
My own journey into my late 40s has been remarkable in the extent of change my body has undergone and continues to undergo. I am amazed! At times, I have also been so crazily baffled by all of the twists and turns as my hormones dip and ride this wild wave. I AM IN IT. If you are, too, then you are in the right place.
As I continue to ride this perimenopausal rollercoaster, I see every one of my female friends doing the same, asking the same questions, and trying to navigate a field that suddenly everyone is talking about (good thing) and sounding off about having to do this or that (frustrating and confusing). Look, there is a lot of truth out there on what women DO need to eat but there is also just so much hullaballoo.
I am here for this reason: to help you through this hormonal transition, to hold you accountable to goals that we design together, to maybe even help you cook better and smarter, find a manageable, non-dogmatic meal plan that doesn’t preach (preach!), that feels real and unrestrictive. You already have the tools—you are intuitive and know what feels best in your body. I am here to help you hone in on all of that.
And one more thing-coaching you is not just about the food on your plate-it is SO much more-it is a deep-dive look into your guiding beliefs, your relationships with other people and about taking a look and how we are physically and spiritually moving through this world. This is a whole-person approach to health.
